According to Marianna Mazra, doing an audit of your sleep patterns and understanding the inner-workings of your "biological clocks" can help you take charge of your health. In this well-researched Talk, Marianna explains why it's so important for us to "sleep right" and she shows us ways to enhance our sleep in order to improve our waking lives.
Marianna is an upper school age student from Moscow, Russia.
