Are you ready for a new workout?
You can do the workout with dumbells just like I do, but it is certainly also possible to perform it with a barbell.
See for yourself how much weight you need for the exercises.
Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 60 mins
👉🏼 30 sec work 30 sec rest after muscle group training
👉🏼 Fullbody strength
👉🏼 Level: Heavy
👉🏼 Equipment: 2 dumbells (I use 2x 5 kg and 2x 2.5kg for shoulders)
