4-Week Beginner Cardio Progression Program:
Week 1
(3 Days – 20 Minutes Each)
5 min Warm-Up: Very easy pace
10 min Steady Pace: Light effort, should feel comfortable
5 min Cool-Down: Slow, easy pace
Week 2
(3 Days – 25 Minutes Each)
5 min Warm-Up: Easy pace
15 min Steady Pace: Slightly challenging but still comfortable
5 min Cool-Down: Easy pace
Week 3 (3 Days – 22 Minutes Each)
5 min Warm-Up
12 min Interval Block:
1 min slightly faster pace
2 min easy pace
Repeat 4 rounds
5 min Cool-Down
Week 4 (3 Days – 26 Minutes Each)
5 min Warm-Up
18 min Interval Block:
1 min moderate effort
2 min easy pace
Repeat 6 rounds
5 min Cool-Down
