Made a burrito bowl with leftover taco ingredients.
Topped it with guacamole, salsa, and Activia yogurt.
A healthy and flavorful bowl with a kick of sriracha! 🌶
Burrito Bowl
I made this using leftover taco ingredients.
Ground beef was seasoned with paprika powder, olive oil, and Chi-Chi’s taco seasoning (so good!).
Guacamole was made with avocado, tomato, lemon juice, a bit of onion, salt, and pepper.
Salsa included tomato, onion, spicy chili pepper (Cheongyang), cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
I used Activia yogurt instead of sour cream, and lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce.
I also added some onion flakes (got them from Coupang!).
I topped it all off with lots of Sriracha sauce — it’s seriously delicious.
The ingredients may look similar to a poke bowl, but the flavor is totally different.
Used brown rice for a healthy and tasty base.
I would’ve loved to add shredded cheese, but didn’t have any, so I skipped it!
