Rest and relax your mind and body with this gentle before bed stretch. Breann Mitchell here, and today we’re doing a full-body stretch. This will help you unwind and warm up for whatever workout you’re about to do. Our stretches will especially help if you plan on doing a full-body workout.
Breathing is important when stretching. As you exhale, deepen your stretch a bit more. Doing this carefully as I describe is important. You don’t want to jerk around and pull anything too hard. You should have a nice, calm, steady heart rate during this.
You’ll want both sides to feel even. Pay attention to how tight your muscles are. If one side is tighter than the other is, be sure to focus a little extra on the tight ones. This stretch is here for you whenever you need some extra flexibility, so feel free to revisit it anytime!
