Ingredients:
12 Eggs & 500g Egg Whites
200g Blended Cottage Cheese
5g Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
20g Light Butter
140g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (Dairyworks Natural Cheddar Cheese)
1 Tsp Salt
16 Bacon Slices (break each slice in half after they’re cooked - beef bacon, turkey bacon, centre cut bacon or short cut bacon can be used)
150g Softened Light/Fat Free Cream Cheese (Philadelphia or Light Laughing Cow Wedges)
1/2 Tsp Chives
8 Bagels (Abe’s Low Carb Bagels - can be substituted for bagel thins)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Wrap in baking paper / parchment paper & store in the fridge for 5 days. When reheating remove from the parchment paper, wrap in paper towel or napkin & microwave for approximately 4 - 5 minutes (or until warm in the middle) optionally air fry after microwaving for an additional 2 minutes for extra crisp on the bagels.
