How To Remove A Front Wheel From a Honda VFR 800

In order to do some work on Scarlett, i need to remove the front wheel. In order to remove the wheel and this pretty much relates to most motorcycle but please consult your workshop manual first

1st step is to take a drink of the coffee and then promptly choke on it, Then if it's easier remove your mud guards, then remove your calipers, on the VFR you only have to remove your left-hand side caliper but fo the work I was doing I removed both sides, once both calipers are removed using the Breaker bar loosen the Wheel retaining bolt but leave it still in the stub axle, loosen the Pinch bolts, and the gently hit the wheel retaining bolt and unscrew until the axle is part way out, once the bolt is loose raise the front of the bike and gently withdraw the stub axle whilst supporting the wheel Place the stub axle through the wheel making sure you still have any spacers in place and they you've removed a wheel
