How to warm up properly
• Track Warm Up - Stay Healthy, Run Faster
*The Workout*
Skips x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Skips for height x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Skips for distance x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Bounding x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Right, Right, Left Bounds x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Left, Left, Right Bounds x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
Controlled Double Leg Hops x 20 yards up and back
1-2 min rest
