Wild Fermentation Pomegranate Mead

Wild Fermentation Pomegranate Mead. Wild fermentation requires no commercial yeast to build up a colony since... they yeast is already there. It's in the honey, the raisins (to a lesser extent) and the leaves and twigs we used. Yeast is also in the air around us but collecting enough for a viable colony is much harder. We simply use the yeast already present in our ingredients to make this mead.

A note: We've discovered since filming this that the Keffir (which is actually Rangpur) Lime leaves are really strong, so we will be removing them within a few days!
