So here's the latest thing I'm working on in therapy. I've listed it below in case you feel it might be helpful.

Focus On The Emotions
Separate the emotions from the situation, break down what the feelings are, and deal with how to manage/regulate those.
"I feel dread."
No!
Break it down more.
What are you dreading? Be specific?
And what emotions come up around that dread?
And then, after identifying the emotions, how do I move through them (see friends, exercise, creativity, breathing, etc).
