Max unbroken double unders (one mess up allowed)
Aaron and I were short on time one day and were trying to figure out how we could pack the most fitness into hour as possible. We frankensteined a hefty three parter, shared it on the gram, and people seemed to love it!
Thus, the weekly beast was a born.
