虾酱炸鸡翅🦐外皮酥脆,鲜嫩多汁的肉质‼️超级好吃😋
食材:6个鸡翅,1颗鸡蛋,1勺面粉,1勺粘米粉,1勺木薯粉
腌制鸡翼:1勺虾酱,1勺白糖,1勺白醋,1勺生抽,1勺香油,1勺胡椒粉
步骤:
1.鸡翅洗干净后加入酱汁腌制:1勺虾酱,1勺白糖,1勺白醋,1勺生抽,1勺香油,1勺胡椒粉搅拌均匀;腌制1个小时或以上,
2.把1勺面粉,1勺粘米粉,1勺木薯粉搅拌均匀
4.腌好的鸡翅,加入一颗鸡蛋;裹上粉,热油开始中火油炸10分钟左右,捞出控油,就可以装盘开吃啦❤️

step:
