Stampin' Blends Glimmer Technique | Project #2 from "Under My Umbrella" Online Class

In this video, I demonstrate card #2 from my "Stampin Blends" technique class, which also features the "Under My Umbrella" bundle. This technique combines our Stampin' Blends Markers with window sheets and glimmer card stock, creating a big "WOW!"
