3. Batata mothe Tukade..(Potato big pieces). Pieces of 2 medium size potatoes
4. Hing (Asafspoon.oetida) Half small spoon.
5. Halad (Turmeric) Half Tsp
6. Tikhat (Red Chilly Powder) - 2 Tsp.
7. Salt 1 Tsp
8. Gool (Jaggery) - 2 Tsp.
9. Chinchecha Kol (Tamarind paste) - 2 Tsp.
10. Garam masala - 2 Tsp
11. Talala Masala (Fried masala) - 1 m.cup.
12. Gode Tel (Ground nut oil) - 1 Tsp.
Sahitya sode Talnyasathi (Ingredients for frying Dry Prawn)
13. Sode powdersathi (Dry Prawn for powder)1/4 M.cup (approx 20--25 pieces.)
14. Sode Talnyasathi (Dry prawn for frying)........1/3 M. cup.
