I tried following David Goggins' INTENSE PRE-VANY SEAL daily routine.
David was 24 years old and nearly 300lbs when he decided he wanted to enlist with the Navy Seals. In order to meet the fitness requirement, he had to lose 106lbs pounds in just 3 months.
Follow along as I take you through his "average day" to successfully meet that requirement! Starting at 4:30am and ending at 10:30pm, this non stop day tested me mentally and physically!
