Recipe & Ingredients
-1/2 Kg Boiled Chickpea's
-1 Kg Chicken
-1 TBSP Black Pepper corns
-1 TBSP Coriander
-1 TBSP Cumin
-1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
-1 TSP Red Chili Powder
-2 TBSP Ginger/Garlic Paste
-1 TBSP Green Chili Paste
-2 Black Cardamom
-1 Cinnamon Stick
-7-8 Cloves
-1 Cup Yogurt
-1 Fried Onion
-1 Cup Oil
Channa Masala
-1 TBSP Black Pepper corns
-1 TBSP Coriander
-1 TBSP Cumin
Toast these spices and grind them.
In a pan add 1 cup oil and add -2 Black Cardamom, 1 Cinnamon Stick and 7-8 Cloves, cook for 1-2 minutes and add 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and 1 tbsp green chili paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add 1 kg Chicken. Let chicken cook for 4-5 minutes until it changes color. Then add 1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder, 1 TSP Red Chili Powder, salt to taste and 1-1/2 tsp channa masala we made. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes and then add 1 fried onion in it. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add 1 cup yogurt. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Then add 1/2 kg boiled chickpea's in chicken curry and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Now add 5-6 green chilies and add 750 ml water and let it cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
