In the movie "The Time Machine" (2002), there's a scene where time greatly accelerates outside the time machine as it moves forward and backwards through time.
So - to recreate this effect I've modded GTA5 playing with time relative to the world - to see if the effect can be reproduced.
Surprisingly, I learnd that time in GTA5 is only relative to the planet itself and holds zero bearing on the people in the world. Cars and people still mill about at normal speed. So planetary time means nothing to local time.
