10-Minute Off-Body Weighted Hula Hoop Workout | Real Mum Life with Toddler!

Welcome to this fun and realistic 10-minute off-body weighted hula hoop workout — fabulous for busy mums who want to move their body, feel good, and maybe even sneak in a smile (or giggle) while doing it!

This isn’t your average workout — I’ve got my toddler joining me because, well, that's real life! It's hard. And honestly, that’s the beauty of it. You don’t need perfection, fancy gear, or a quiet house to enjoy movement. Just grab your hoop, show up as you are, and let’s have some fun!

👉 What to expect:
✔️ 10 minutes of off-body hoop moves (no waist hooping required!) I am currently 23 weeks pregnant!
✔️ Full-body movement with a weighted hoop
✔️ Toddler interruptions, distractions, and giggles included

Remember — it’s totally okay if things don’t go to plan. This is about showing up, moving your body, and doing something for you, no matter how crazy the day feels.
