Norah started knitting at 14 and never stopped. Her books and patterns have become the source of inspiration for many designers and knitters around the world. While we were chatting with her, Vogue Knitting Magazine announced that Norah has been appointed as their new Creative Director, so big congratulations are in order!
We are proud that Norah chose our Baby Yak for one of the patterns included in her next book coming out in January 2021. We had a little preview of it and it’s absolutely stunning!
Norah convinced Paola to challenge herself with cables so stay tune for that ! Paola went through some of her favorites: Shifiting Sands Pullover published in Making Magazine Issue n.7. Inspired by the ripples of shifting sands, this gorgeous pullover showcases two type of cables that alternate and nestle within each other, replicating the look of windswept desert dunes. We chose our Tibetan Cloud for it.
Ladybug Sweater, includes 4 different cables construction that with our Baby Yak Medium will come out really beautiful. Circlet Shrug in Tibetan Cloud, a knitter’s dream is a stunning and versatile garment that will fit all shapes and sizes and adaptable to all seasons.
