In today’s video, I share a fast and effective golf warm-up to help you move better and swing with more speed and power.
We’ll start with head and neck mobility, move through shoulder and hip prep, and finish with full-body rotation and speed drills. You don’t need a ton of space or time — just five to seven minutes and a club (or band if you have one). This is the exact sequence I use with golfers to get them ready to perform without risking injury.
