Aerial Lyra / Aerial Hoop - Hand Grips, Mounts, Dismounts, Beats, Lock off, Long Arm Hang

BASIC BEGINNER MOVES YOU NEED TO KNOW TO GET STARTED, OR TEACH: Aerial Lyra / Aerial Hoop - Hand Grips, Mounts, Dismounts, Beats, Lock off, Long Arm Hang. I put an Aerial Lyra Clock on the Video. The Aerial Lyra goes by a Clock, where you place your hands on different moves, mounts, dismounts, etc.

Also I am only showing you one side, Example: like the knee mount on the right side, also practice the knee mount on the left side of the bar.

Also I have you on the right side of the hoop doing side mounts, you can also do the moves on the left side (if you are on 9 o'clock on the right side, you are at 3 o'clock on the left side).
