Ready to take your golf performance to the next level? This Full Golf Gym Workout is designed to help you decrease your score by building golf-specific strength, endurance, and rotational power. We’re fusing jump rope conditioning with rotational gym movements so you can step onto the course feeling stronger, more explosive, and ready to crush every drive. 🏆
Here’s how this workout works:
✔️ Format: 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
✔️ 11 total exercises (6 Jump Rope + 5 Gym)
✔️ Alternate between jump rope and gym movements to mimic the rhythm of the game
✔️ 2 Rounds total with a 60-second break between rounds
Expect a mix of:
🏌️♂️ Jump Rope Drills for balance, coordination, and endurance
🏋️♂️ Rotational Cable & Kettlebell Moves to add power to your swing and stability to your core
