INDIAN CLUBS Chain Workout using Military Clubs followed by Cobbett & Jenkin Clubs
THE CHAIN Starting from the lightest Military Club and working up to the heaviest,
then repeating the chain with the Cobbett and Jenkin Clubs.
Note the best way to do a chain is to go light to heavy, you are not supposed to pyramid by going light, heavy, light.

Military Club No 3 Weight 1.7kg DOUBLE INWARD MILLS
Military Club No 4 Weight 2.2kg ALTERNATE OUTWARD MILLS
Military Club No 4 Weight 3.0kg ALTERNATE INWARD MILLS
Military Club No 5 Weight 3.0kg ALTERNATE OUTWARD MILLS
