I talked about it yesterday, but I did this workout in celebration of what would have been my little brother's 26th birthday today. Zac passed last year in an ATV accident right after his daughters first birthday and he inspired Dustin and I to sign the lease to our studio on his first birthday in heaven, one year ago today, and he inspires us every single day to really LIVE. We will never give up Zac, thank you for inspiring us to live every day to the fullest like you did. I love you and miss you every day little brother. - S & D

I CANNOT believe it is the last workout of our 4 Week Challenge! OMG HOW DID IT GO BY SO FAST?! First, I want to say THANK YOU for rocking with me these past 4 weeks, I know you guys have been seriously committing to this challenge and I cant WAIT to hear how you have seen positive change in your life! Please shoot me an email at mail@royalchange.fit and tell me about it! This workout is going to start with 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest and we are going to focus on two strength moves and one cardio move recapping back through this last week of muscle isolations! Then we will move into combination movements where we combine two muscles into one exercise and perform each move for 40 seconds of work and 2 seconds rest. The last round will be a cardio and core finisher where we will literally CRUSH IT together !

I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.
