I’m going to show you how to make stir-fried squid with basil 🦑
This Thai recipe is quick, and very fragrant. It's seasoned with garlic and chilis. I use vegetarian chilis that aren't hot.
In the traditional Thai version, holy basil (pad krapao) is added, but it's often hard to find, so I make it with Thai basil.
This dish would be perfect with fragrant Jasmine rice and a fried egg.

👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people
2 lb squid
2 oz basil
1 small garlic head
6 sweet or hot chilies
1 tbsp fish sauce
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 eggs (optional)
