Basic wire wrapping skills... Coiled Coils pt3

Welcome back to Part 3 of my Coiled Coils mini-series. In this final video, I’m showing you how I use coiled coils in my wirework and how to take them a step further. I’ll also walk you through how to utilize the screw thread running through the middle of the coil to attach it to your wire frames — a technique I use constantly in my own designs.

We’ll also take a quick look at what happens when you run multiple wires through a coiled coil and the different finishes and textures that creates. Plus, I’ll share a pro tip that helps keep everything tidy while you’re wrapping — especially handy when dealing with multiple core wires!
