Warm Up
Triset ONE
1. RDLs 25lb/11kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Alternating chest press 20lb/9kg
3. ISO hold with bottom curl 12.5lb/5.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat
Triset TWO
1. Pronated grip row 25lb/11kg
2. Arnold press 12.5lb/5.5kg
3. Skull crushers 12.5lbs/5.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat
Cool down stretch
