ZK 02.001 riveter from Kinergo is designed to restore the fastening of the lockup piston of torque converters of automatic transmissions of the DP0 (AL4) series, and can also be used for other types of work in your workshop when you need to connect sheet metal using rivets.
The hydropneumatic riveter ZK 02.001 is connected to the compressed air system, which is available at every service station; the system must be equipped with a water-oil separator and a pressure regulator.
The assembly of the lockup plate of the torque converter of the DP0 (AL4) series occurs by connecting leaf springs with rivets to the friction plate and to the automatic transmission torque converter lockup piston.
ZK 02.001 suitable for rivets with metal core (DIN 7337): 3.2 mm (1/8”); 4.0 mm (5/32”); 4.8 mm (3/16”); 6.4 mm (1/4”).
