Start with a regression
Stabilize yourself with rear foot
Hinge at hips
Don’t round your back
Spine should be neutral and flat
Take slack out of the dumbbells and create tension
Lift up, then lower and repeat
Squeeze butt at top
When you can balance yourself, lift rear foot off the ground.
