冷奴が似合う時期になってまいりました。
薬味は生姜とネギが好きです。

Hiyayakko is like a sashimi of tofu. It puts condiments on fresh and cold tofu, it is common to eat with a little soy sauce.
This time I put on ginger and spring onion I like.
