VIETNAMESE YOGURT⤵️
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 can boiling hot water (I used the condense milk can- 14 oz)
1.5 can room temperature water or milk (21 oz)
100 g plain yogurt
Warm water (50/50 mix of boiling hot water with room temp water)
1. Combine condensed milk with 1 can of boiling hot water. Mix this together til condense milk dissolves.
2. Then add 1.5 can of room temperature water. You can also use milk. Whisk.
3. Then add 100 g of plain yogurt. Whisk.
4. Your mixture will have a lot of foam. Scoop it all out.
5. Then fill up your mini jars with the mixture
6. Then place thein a large enough pan and fill the outside with WARM WATER.
7. Cover the towpath cling wrap, a lid if you got one), and some towels.
8. Place this in a warm spot like the oven for 5-8 hours. I actually left mine for 12 hours because I was out running errands.
9. Enjoy.
NOTE:
I used Dannon non fat yogurt. It’s blue
oven should not be on and oven door should be closed!
