• Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
• Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2–3 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
