Today, I made prawn spaghetti pasta using Argentinian red prawns and local spot prawns!
The unsung hero of this plate was definitely the dried spaghetti noodles from Rustichella d'Abruzzo spaghetti.
It really gave the dish the perfect bite it needs!
As a person who usually prefers dried pasta compared to fresh ones (not that I do not enjoy fresh pasta, I certainly enjoy it very much still), I would highly recommend high-quality dried pasta varieties! They certainly make a big difference!
