For this delicious recipe you will need ten sturdy hands... joking aside , this recipe is really easy to make and I guarantee that you will love every bite of it!
For a fork tender octopus that melt in your mouth and for a bright purple color, I am cooking mine in a copper pot, legend or not, I find the taste significantly different boiled in this manner!
First of all, we need couple of lemons, some bay leaves, garlic, salt, pepper and some onions cut in half. Add all the ingredients in a large pot filled with water. When the water starts to boil, dip the tentacles of the octopus into the water three times and then submerge it all. Let it boil until you can pierce it with a fork easily! When it is cooked, marinate the octopus with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Now comes the best part: The grill!
Heat up the grill, make sure it is really hot (you need a few seconds to grill the octopus)! Finger Licking Delicious! Enjoy it!
