10 Pole Split Moves (Intermediate/Advanced level)

Hellooo!
I know I say this every time, but its been a while. How have you guys been? It's been a long, long winter and the studio is finally starting to get warmer.

These are currently my favourite pole split moves, some are harder than others and have all been done on spin pole. Please be super careful when attempting any of these moves, always warm up/cool down, use a crash mat/spotter and if unsure ask your instructor for advice.

I know you may call some of these moves something different, please let me know below in the comments as I could be wrong. There are so many different entrances/transitions into these moves. Here is a list of the moves:

1. Jallegra
2. Brass monkey split
3. Open poisson
4. One handed poisson
5. Sickle foot ballerina
6. Inverted sickle foot ballerina
7. Tangled split
8. Marion Amber
9. Eclipse
10. Open Allegra
