Hi! I’m Asi, and today we’re twirling up flavor — literally. Al dente pasta is tossed with sautéed button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and a splash of olive oil, then seasoned with salt, black pepper, and finished with grated Parmesan cheese. It’s a simple yet satisfying combo that brings out the natural sweetness of the tomatoes and the earthy depth of the mushrooms. Whether served warm or chilled, this dish delivers juicy texture, cheesy richness, and bold Mediterranean vibes — all in under 30 minutes!
🥄 Ingredients
Button mushrooms – 150 g (≈ 5.3 oz)
Olive oil – 6 tbsp (≈ 90 ml)
Cherry tomatoes – 150 g (≈ 5.3 oz)
Garlic – 1 clove (≈ 5 g / ≈ 0.18 oz)
Salt and black pepper – to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese – 40 g (≈ 1.4 oz)
Uncooked pasta – 200 g (≈ 7 oz) → yields approx. 400–500 g (14–18 oz) cooked
Boil the pasta until tender, sauté the veggies until juicy, then toss everything together and serve. For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle more Parmesan on top. It’s a quick, cheesy plate that’s perfect for busy days or cozy nights!
