Sport Specific conditioning drill to build strength and explosive speed.
Drive 30ft, release, pick up those feet and explode out of the blocks and repeat.
Give 5 min laps a break for something more relevant, get game ready with high intensity interval training. You don't skate 5mins with no resistance in a game so why do it in training.
