Sport Specific conditioning drill to build strength and speed.
Give 5 min laps a break for something more relevant, get game ready with high intensity interval training. You don't skate 5mins with no one in your way in a game so why do it in training.
30ft drive, 3 laps clockwise, 3 laps anti clockwise, 3 sets.
