Welcome to Kalindi Yoga! This is a 1 hour gentle yoga class for everyone, especially for beginners and seniors. It is good to increase the flexibility and relax the mind. We will start with breathing exercise to calm our mind, and follow with poses to be aware with our body, and ending with a meditation to unite our inner-self.
