As a Nigerian, having stew available to hand is very important as it's what we eat a lot of things with, like rice, spaghetti, bread, yam and so on. More so, when there's stew available, meals are quicker to put together. In this video, I share how I make a very tasty tomato stew, the base is the same whether you want to make fish, chicken or goat meat stew.

Ingredients
1.5Kg of Beef
8 Medium Tatase or 2 Large Bell Peppers
12 Fresh Tomatoes
4 Fresh Peppers (or to your taste)
1 Cup Canola Oil
1 Stock Cube
1 Cup Beef Stock
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
A pinch of Salt
