Casa Bonita Is BACK (and Worth the Wait!)

After Casa Bonita's $40 million renovation by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, Colorado's very own Disneyland of Mexican Food restaurant and home of cliff divers is officially back and its grand reopening is underway. And finally, regular people are getting in from the waitlist, and there's a lot to love about the new Casa Bonita.
