Tadasana (Mountain Pose) is often treated as simple—but when practiced with intention, it becomes one of the most demanding and transformative poses in yoga.
In this tutorial, I share a foundational way of practicing Tadasana using a block between the thighs (the “Pez Dispenser” cue) to build integrated strength from the feet, legs, pelvis, and spine—without locking or gripping.
This is a practice of stability, alignment, and quiet strength that carries into every standing pose.
