Here's is the recipe I used for the bread: http://indigonili.com/my-best-egg-whi... Changes I made:
*The only change I made was that I used 24g of buttermilk powder in place of the 24g of butter powder in the original recipe. NOTE: Buttermilk powder is apparently more dense than butter powder so 24g of buttermilk powder only comes to 3 tablespoons whereas 24g of butter powder equals 1/4 of a cup.
*Substituting in the buttermilk powder adds about 10g of carbs to the whole recipe.
