Today, we will be basing our full body workout off of my favorite anime of all time, that is Berserk! We will be training like Guts himself and doing a variety of different exercises similar to Guts. Guts is a tremendously unique character from Berserk and his skills are unmatched. He has incredible strength, willpower and drive! Guts is easily one of my favorite anime characters!
So, this anime anime workout will be based off of him. See what its like to train like Guts by doing this full body workout along with me.
