This red stew chicken was inspired by a very good friend of mine who happens to be Haitian. I hope you all love it as much as i do !!
Ingredients: 1 half of diced green and red bell peppers, 7 cloves of garlic, one half bundle of parsley, one half bundle of thyme, 2 tomatoes diced, 2 table spoons and a half of tomato paste, 1 scotch bonnet pepper, 6 cloves, 5 chicken leg quarters cut into small pieces, 8 table spoon of blended seasoning(epis) and 1 large onion.
