材料:600克沙葛、1茶勺盐、1勺酱油、2勺蚝油、4勺普通面粉、1片腐竹皮、少许玉米淀粉
1)把沙葛切粒焯水1-2分钟后泡冷水
2)茶勺盐、1勺酱油、2勺蚝油抓均匀,再加入4勺普通面粉抓成条
3)包入腐竹皮,卷起来,切小块
4)热锅热油,把沙葛炸至金黄色即可❤️
