I found 3 days in Jaipur is plenty of time to visit all the main tourist attractions like Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Jal Mahal, Amber Fort Hawa Mahal and Meera Mandir. We visited Jaipur at the beginning of August right in the middle of the monsoon season. The high humidity and chance of rain keeps the majority of tourist away, so if you don't like crowds its a good time to visit. We only had 4 hours of rain in 3 days.
Out of the places we visited Nahargarh Fort was my favourite. Although not far from the city it is surrounded by forest and wildlife. Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal are by busy roads and spoilt by traffic noise. We stayed at The Raj Palace which was a short taxi ride from all the attractions.
