How To Make My Easy & Tasty Cuban Style Oxtail Stew - Food Recipe By Home Chef Dale K. Have a look in the descriptions below to find the ingredients and make this delicious meal your self at home.
What you need to complete this delicious recipe:
4 Servings:
2kg or 4.4 pounds oxtail with outer layer of fat trimmed
1.5 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons flour
2 to 3 Tablespoons Olive oil for cooking – this is for browning the oxtail
1 medium onion, minced
1 small red bell pepper, minced
5 outer cloves garlic, minced (2 - 3 Tablespoons)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3 bay leaves
3 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups liquid beef stock – I use beef but you can use any stock (plus extra 2 cups if you want more gravy)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
A few dashes of my secret Ingredient - Maggi Arome
Tips: I normally triple this recipe and freeze it in portions. It's much tastier the next day or even after freezing.
