Here's what a semi-typical haul from Costco looks like for our vegan family.
I'm going to start showing our hauls so that people can get an idea of what a mostly whole-foods vegan family stocks up on and eats in daily life. Obviously we're not totally perfect on that whole-foods label, but we're getting closer every day. When you're first going vegan, it can be completely overwhelming to figure out what to buy at the grocery store, and hopefully videos like these will make that decision process a little easier. I share prices for most things, too, because I want people to know for their own budgeting purposes.
