Due to poor quality extraction way back when I uploaded this, I have decided to update this video with an archive that contains the assets in a (mostly) unbroken state.
During export you must specify the sample rate in which the file is supposed to be played back in, I assumed 48khz for all assets last time I extracted the assets but it turns out there was 3 or 4 different sample rates used within the sound files of the game.
I have most certainly missed some files but most should play back correctly and no longer be cut off, distorted, high/low pitch, etc.

Most if not all sounds that are packed into a non-standard format
played in one video.
AFAIK some sounds aren't used in the final game such as the male announcer and other odd high-pitched voices.
If there is a problem with me uploading this I'll happily take it down.
